The proposal of the CII - Campus Innovation Centre at Ahmedabad was for the BIM Design competition organized by AutoDesk. The form was an outcome of functionality as well as aesthetics made possible by the use of softwares. The idea for the project was to conceptualize an innovation centre as a place where creativity is encouraged and innovation  thrives. The built form, surrounding and internal volumetric spaces were designed in a way that has a motivational impact on the users. The form and the structure symobilzes the term innovation. The design can be divided distinctly into two parts - the Public Domain consisting of the exhibition and the conference area; and the Academic Block consisting of class rooms.

There is a define play of light and shadow with the use of pergolas adding to ones sensorial experience. The design emphasizes a spatial narrative supported by the intricate designing of the elements such steps(connectivity), transitions, opening(louvers). The main water body acts as a natural coolant enhancing the microclimate.
The design aims at bringing various architectural elements and materials so as to create flow of experiences, a setting that pushes creative thinking. The structural model is an outcome with the help of software by calculating and analyzing load transfer process and calculations.
